Jackson Hole, Wyoming - Ushering you into the Year of the Tiger are copious amounts of live music, garnished with atmospheres from raging to classy.
Unless otherwise noted, all parties are on Thursday evening.
Lunking at Snow KingBeginning in E. Jackson, Snow King hosts Teton Valley sextet, Lunkur. Lead singer Dahvi Wilson will be backed by twin guitars, bass, percussion and drums over a bed of jam-rock and Motown. The lobby party begins at 9 p.m. Cover is $5 or you can opt for the lodging special—two tickets, breakfast for two, and lodging at the King for $95.
Hoedown at 43 NorthTwo blocks away on S. Cache, 43 North is revived with the music of Celestial Hoedown. The bluesy, jam-rock quartet relocated from Teton Valley to Boulder, Colo. in August to pursue music in a bigger market. Their homecoming show begins around 10 p.m. $15.
Coyotes at Silver Dollar BarJust steps away from Town Square, Gary Small & The Coyote Brothers will deliver an early night of vintage rock ‘n’ roll and blues, 9 p.m. to midnig

Hauser at the VirgThe Virginian Saloon hosts Bruce Hauser and friends 9 p.m., Thursday through Saturday. Hauser founded Jackson’s famed Saw Mill Creek Band in 1973 and released six albums before calling in quits in 1990. Cover TBD.
Jazz at the GranaryFor a chill, jazz-fused night of fancy drinks and cozy atmosphere, jazz masters Pam Drews Phillips (piano) and Bill Plummer (bass) are a sure bet, 6 to 11 p.m. in The Granary at Spring Creek. Also atop E. Gros Ventre Butte, guitarist-vocalist Phil Round performs a wide range of acoustic music, 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. in the Amangani. Free.
West Bank Black Jets
There’s plenty worth taking in on the West Bank. If you’re into quirky bands playing their own music, check out Jet Black Ninja Funkgrass Unit at the valley’s last authentic dive, The Stagecoach Bar. 10 p.m. $10.
Mandatory QThree miles away on Moose Wilson Rd., there will be rock, funk and 80s flare with eight-piece Mandatory Air, 9 p.m. at Q Roadhouse. Advance and door tickets are $25 at Q, Rendezvous Bistro, and Osteria.
Calico WhippleFor the ultimate dance club vibe, DJs Mr. Whipple Richie Beats and Cut la Whut will be pushing grooves at 10 p.m. this year at Calico Italian Restaurant. Tickets are $20 at the Calico.
Nash-VilNashville’s Megan Mullins and John Bohlinger return for the second year in a row to the Mangy Moose. Mullins is currently touring with Shakira and has been featured on Nashville Star and Good Morning America. Bohlinger has accompanied more than 50 major label artists and was the bandleader at this year’s CMT Music Awards. They perform at 9 p.m. Wednesday ($7) and Thursday ($25) nights. The Season of Hayden Also in Teton Village, singer-songwriter Isaac Hayden will entertain with folk and rock 4 to 8 p.m. in the Four Seasons Lobby Lounge, followed by rock trio
