This, ladies and gentleman, is the new record time set by Jay Petervary for the Great Divide Race! With gusto, our hero was able to shave 20 hours off the record time set by Mike Curiak in 2004. Jay elevated the level of preparedness and dedication for the world’s hardest mountain bike race so much that Aaron Teasdale from Adventure Cycling Association exclaimed, “Mountian biking has a new hero, and his name is Jay Petervary.”

Come congratulate Jay on his amazing victory this Friday night. We’ll be leaving Fitzgerald’s at 6 p.m. by bike for a celebratory lap around town before heading to Snake River Brew Pub to raise a pint to Jay! Check out how the race unfolded at www.greatdividerace.com. WAY TO GO JAY!
