Seeing as we are at the mid way point of the summer I thought it appropriate to thank those who have made the mountain biking in our community better than ever. At the top of the list is Linda Merigliano, Trails Program Manager for the BTNF. Linda recognized the desire for more singletrack options in our beloved forest and put the plan in motion to keep enhancing our trail network.

She is also responsible for hiring Chris Peck and Eric Jacobson who are in the trenches every day in the Greater Snow King area and the Teton Pass Area. They are the ones with tools in hand day after day making it happen.

Finally, the Teton Freedom Riders are the users themselves who have put thousands of man hours into these areas. I thank them for the growing amount of flow on our trails!
Most riders are not aware who is responsible for our great singletrack. So now that you know, take a minute to let these people know how much you appreciate it. These folks usually hear from the cranks of the world more than the people who are stoked on their work!
