Bike swap - just in time for drying trails

Jackson Hole, Wyo.-Although I’m currently inside the bike shop looking out the window at the falling rain and hail, we had an awesome weekend of riding on both sides of Teton Pass! Remember that it is not cool to ride wet, muddy trails. The downhill-freeride folks should be stoked to have a gravity trail on Teton Pass.
The Parallel Trail is riding well after a successful Teton Freedom Rider’s “dig day” last Saturday. Thanks to all those that came out to support the sponsors and help maintain our trails. Good options near Jackson right now are Sink or Swim, Putt Putt and parts of Hagen. If you head over Teton Pass into Idaho cruise over to Horseshoe Canyon and ride Choo Choo, Bovine and Southbound. Another fun ride beyond Pine Creek Pass is the Bench Trail. Do be aware that this multi-use trail sees motorcycle and horse use so be considerate of other users.
Fitzgerald’s Bicycles will be hosting a bike swap from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. this Saturday. If you want to sell a bike, the drop-off is Friday from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. and the cost is $20 per bike, cash or check only. The fee is donated to Friends of Pathways and Teton Freedom Riders. All bike transactions must be made with cash or check.
