Jackson man arrested for crack*

Jackson Hole, Wyo.-Crack in the Tetons? You betcha.

A Jackson man will be spending the next week in Teton County Jail after flaunting a sizable amount of his crack at Grand Targhee Music Festival. He was arrested for “unsustainable behavior”  and “bad taste” for wearing weird hippie pants that revealed too much of his butt crack. He was later charged with a second count of bad taste when police found a clear plastic cup in the shape of a guitar hanging from a lanyard around his neck.

A countersuit has been filed by the accused, known to most residents as Dancin Danny, who said he bought the pirate-style hippie pants from a vendor at the festival, and shouldn’t have been arrested for wearing them at the same place he bought them.

“If you can’t handle the mustard, don’t squeeze the seed,” he said.
Teton County Attorney Lief Tendril said Dancin’ Danny will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law for an Unsustainable Behavior charge.
“Look here, it was unsustainable for that man to wear those paints,” Tendril said. “And he’s gonna pay.” JHW
